Andrew Wall is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dynaxe Capital. He is a registered representative of Dalmore Group LLC, a broker-dealer registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA/SIPC. Wall has over 13 years of experience working with investors in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Through Dynaxe Capital, he supports prospective investors by helping them understand the EB-5 process and coordinating with immigration counsel and other professionals. His work includes project analysis, site visits, collaboration with legal teams, assistance in organizing documentation, and monitoring milestones related to both the investment and immigration aspects of the EB-5 process.

Andrew brings a rigorous, fundamentals-driven approach to EB-5 Visa Program, grounded in financial analysis, operational insight, and risk management. He has worked with over 100 investors from diverse international backgrounds and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Under Andrew’s direction, Dynaxe Capital has established itself as a trusted and reliable capital partner, known for its professionalism, discretion, and execution capability. He is committed to building long-term partnerships and deploying capital in opportunities that combine strong fundamentals with clear pathways for value creation.
